You’ll be pleased to find out that Captain Pools do their own equipment repairs and are highly trained and qualified to do so. We warranty all our work and have relationships with some of the biggest names in the swimming pool industry such as Hayward, Pentair, SR Smith and Jandy.
As a further benefit, many of the repairs or equipment that we replace carry a longer warranty because of these relationships we have. That’s just another benefit to trust us with your expensive pool equipment.

It’s no secret, Captain Pools began as a pool service company. For many years we’re serviced pools built or remodeled by other companies that seemed not to know the first thing about the functionality of the end product from a customer’s point of view, or from a service or repair technicians point of view.
We thought we could do better. So we started to build a team of professionals to not only re-plaster, resurface pebble and build entire new pool, but we found a way to do it for a lower price point and include features many other companies charge extra for. We don’t like surprises and neither do our customers.
